Requirements

This program is open to beginners and intermediate students.

Students must commit to the following:

Weekly training

One night a week on Tuesday nights, beginning Feb. 4th

Soul Support

Includes membership
(3 optional monthly events)

Homework

(May include practicing tools and discussing outcomes in class).
